INTERIOR:
- The two master suites are located on the first level. Both have separate sitting rooms, red oak hardwood floors, 1x6 tongue-and-groove pine bead-board walls and ceilings, and tiled baths. Big water views from each room. Ceiling fans in each room. Laundry room with washer/dryer on this level.
- Second level features a spacious, gourmet kitchen with tiled counter tops, dining area, living area, two guest bedrooms and one full bath. There are wrap-around big water views of the bay and Gulf from this entire level with the exception of one bedroom. - Board and batten cypress wood on all exterior walls. Hip roof with 12” overhang for minimum wind uplift.
